We can all name 3 realtors. I am probably friends with at least 10 just on Facebook alone. Many things can set them apart from one another but the most important for us is communication and being a master of your craft. In every dealing whether it be personal or business, ineffective communication will make us walk away from some of the biggest opportunities and we have not regretted a single one.
Jeff wanted to move, I was content and happy with where we were. After what felt like years of conversation, I told him if we decide to go down this path I wanted to pick our realtor. The only person I considered was Mallory McEwen. If you have the pleasure of knowing her I don’t need to go any further. If you have not met her- you need to. Her presence alone made this experience feel like a trip to Target. Easy and smooth, just as the cart so effortlessly goes aisle by aisle filling up with the things that weren’t on my list but now I need and I can’t believe I didn’t consider. She was there every step of the way, explaining every document. She answered every phone call (some of them were way too late into the evening) She made us her priority. If she was unsure of something she would be honest and get back with us in minutes with an answer. I know what you are thinking, doesn’t every agent do this? I can assure you they do not, they don’t come close to Mallory and how she handles everything.
Mallory is someone who knows when and where she’s needed and she just does it. So many of our conversations started with “I’m just checking in on you.” Or “I too was wondering that so I called the Town and they explained that…” When we listed our house we were out of town and Mallory came by everyday to make sure the house was show ready for the day ahead. Pillows fluffed, crumbs wiped up- magazine ready! Mallory got us 10 offers all of which were over asking price. On the home we purchased she was able to get the seller to not entertain any other offers, just ours. Everyone loves Mallory, she’s so personable and will fight for you all with a smile on her face.
